Want more details on installation
procedures?
The Duro-Last Roofing System is
"custom designed" to your exact roof specifications.
The individual field sheets may be as large as 100
feet long and up to 2500 square feet in size. These
larger sheets mean fewer seams and fewer problems.
All flashings and accessory pieces are made to fit
at Duro-Last fabricating plants in Michigan, Oregon,
Mississippi and Iowa. These custom made pieces (pre-made
under ideal conditions in the factories) are then
shipped to the job site where Jewett Roofing professional
installers mechanically fasten the sheets to the roof
deck and heat weld the roof components together to
form a monolithic, one piece sheet. All components
(round stacks, custom curb flashings, drip edges,
custom drain boots, scuppers, etc.) are custom made
in the factory to an exact fit for your roof. This
means that 85% of the workmanship going into your
roof is done ahead of time, under ideal conditions,
with the highest inspection standards in the industry.
It is no wonder that Duro-Last is "The World's
Best Roof."
With over 1,500,000 square feet
of Duro-Last roofs installed, and then inspected by
one of the Factory Quality assurance team, you can
be sure your roof is installed with proven quality
and workmanship.
